Power off Lynx by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
I did call and now Sirius XM is blaming the car (of course) after supposedly having the engineering department test signal strength in the areas I am having a problem in.

Connect your phone in your car and tune to channels, on demand episodes, favorites, and more right from your built-in display.- Swipe to tune channels up and down- Bug fixes and performance enhancements Nice app for the most part, but some silly omissions... ..., i Phone has it...albeit flawed..needs to stay on the screen permanently and be further down so you don’t run into the other bar above it that handles rew/ff.... I have felt for years like the people who develop this app never use it, because if you’ve ever used a television remote control in your life an A/B button and the volume button is what you use the most and if you haven’t noticed, the volume buttons on phones are often not so easy, particularly if you have a case on it!
I waited for years for a last channel "jump to" button so you can quickly toggle between two channels?!? Thus the volume needs to stay on the LCD screen at all times not appear and disappear ..you have touched the button on the side, why would you then need to then slide over to the one that appears on the screen.. Someone needs to make more of an effort and this can be 5 stars!I was told this was an environmental problem and normal. If that doesn't work I will be calling Toyota directly, even thought they say they have spoken to Toyota Tech Service who also says this is normal. All it says is "So Signal" I have had it into a dealer 3 times and they have changed out the head unit, the XM receiver, the antenna and all of cables. I am geting frustrated with reception or lack there of on Sirius XM radio and have called then so many times to send or resend a signal and been to the Toyota shop several time for them to say its a Sirius issue not Toyotas. I have 2008 Chrysler Sebring and am having the same problems; every underpass results in a momentary loss of signal. Just bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander with horrible XM radio signal.Anyone else having this problem I own 2 other vehicles that this never happens. More importantly, I am frequently getting "no signal"; call the refresh line, no help; talk to a person and ultimately get told it is not Sirius, it is the antenna. Regardless of being on the highway or down a country road the signal constantly is cutting out .Your Lynx is designed to know the difference between the various accessory docks. If for some reason Lynx does not correctly recognize the dock, or thinks it is a different type of dock, simply remove Lynx from the dock and reinsert it again. This app is a perfect example of having too much to enjoy anything.
